What’s the challenge? 🤔

The challenge is broken into 3 goal segments:

Movement 💨

This is your chance to hit your fitness goal.

Maybe you wanted to run a marathon, get those abs showing or join a professional basketball league, you can do it. Nothing can get in the way if you choose to move.

P.S: We do 2, 1000Kcal functional workout circuits per week, you can get the workout plan by dropping us a text or do it your way (run, hike, walk, jog, play, swim or whatever you like, but burn it!)

Reflection 💭

Meditate, journal or just pause for at least 10 mins in the day.

It is important to grow your mind as well and the best way to do it is by clearing the clutter, detox from your surroundings and really be with yourself, true with your thoughts and that will give you the clarity to do great things!

Discipline 💪

Don’t hit the snooze button, don’t skip your workouts, no touching the sugary goodness in your fridge, don’t do it.

All your progress will go away the moment you lose your discipline.

Don’t do the thing, focus on doing the right thing. Do it tired, do it when you don’t want to, do it anyway. That’s what separates good from great.
